Post 52
Recently former Vice-President Joe Biden, a Democrat, entered the race for President. If you know anything about politics, you are aware that the former VP was a long time Senator from Delaware. I have no personal ill will toward Joe Biden. He seems like a nice enough guy. It is clear though that Biden's campaign will try to paint Trump as a racist and also focus on his character. When Biden released a video a few weeks ago announcing that he was running for president, he talked about Charlottesville and Trump's response to the violence that occurred. I have my own take of Trump's response to Charlottesville that's a little different from Joe Biden's. The President's response was appropriate being that he is the Commander-in-Chief. You can view my non-politically motivated take on how the President responded to Charlottesville in my post on September 18, 2017. Biden has also talked about bringing back honesty and dignity to the Office of the President.
Joe Biden is the quintessential politician, willing to say anything to get a vote. His candidacy is not about making this a better country. It is all about defeating Donald Trump at all costs. Biden has spent nearly fifty years in public office. He is far more responsible for the problems we face as a nation than Trump. But it's Biden's hypocrisy that concerns me the most. He talked about bringing dignity and honesty to the Oval Office. Where was all this concern for dignity when his fellow Democrat Bill Clinton was President. Has Biden forgot about the Monica Lewinsky affair and all of the other sexual misconduct allegations against Clinton. As for honesty, Biden apparently has forgotten "I did not have sex with that woman." What about the lies that were told about Obama Care when Biden was VP? If you want your doctor you can keep your doctor. Your insurance premiums will go down. And what about Benghazi? The violence was a spontaneous response to an anti-Islamic video. Biden referred to Trump as being a clown. Hasn't he taken notice of his own party since Trump has been in the White House? Who can forget the clownish manner of the Democrats during the Kavanaugh hearings or during the recent testimony of Attorney General William Barr. You actually had a Democrat member of the House Judiciary Committee eating KFC during the hearing. He also had a fake chicken at a press conference. Now who are the real clowns?
I do not offend easily. But it's the hypocrisy of Joe Biden and the Democrats regarding the issue of race that offends me more than the President and Democrats' clown like behavior. Referring to the President as the Grand Wizard of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave, the KKK, and a white supremacist for political gain trivializes one of the darkest moments in our nation's history. It is Biden latest comment during a political rally in South Carolina that has gotten me riled up. During that rally, Biden implied that because of Trump and the Republicans support of voter ID laws, "You've got Jim Crow sneaking back in." This is nonsense. Jim Crow was, among other things, about using intimidation and violence to prevent blacks from registering to vote, and from voting. Requiring a person to have proper ID in order to vote is just as sensible as requiring a person to have proper ID when purchasing a firearm. Biden and the Democrats should remember that it was their party that gave us Jim Crow, and not the Republicans. Democrats should also remember that many in their own party refused to support the 1964 Civil Rights Act that ended Jim Crow.
If Biden wants to blame someone for Jim Crow sneaking back in, he need only to look at members of his own Democratic Party. During the past three years, I have written letters to Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, Senators Dianne Feinstein and Kamala Harris, Congressman Adam Schiff and Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren requesting that they open an investigation into a criminal conspiracy between San Jose city officials and officials with the U.S. District Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to obstruct justice during the litigation of two lawsuits I filed against the City of San Jose. During litigation, these officials conspired to falsify court records, file fraudulent documents, stage a fake hearing on a motion I filed, fabricate contradictory civil minutes and a transcript for that hearing, and enter several bogus judgments relative to my lawsuits for the purpose of covering up discrimination I suffered at the hands of San Jose city officials based on my race and disability. I am black/African American. Senator Feinstein was the only one that responded to my letter. But she offered no help at all. The conduct of these officials, which showed utter disregard for the rule of law, were so flagrantly discriminatory and racist that I was compelled to start this blog to expose this egregious abuse of power and public corruption. The clear purpose of these officials was to humiliate me, make me feel powerless, cause me financial harm and emotional distress. This is more like Jim Crow than requiring someone to have proper ID to vote.
Joe Biden and the Democrats using race for purely political reasons is divisive and harmful to our country. They are quick to call Trump and Republicans racist, the KKK, white supremacists, and that Jim Crow is sneaking back in. Yet, when presented with a very real case of a black person's rights being violated like this was Jim Crow, they refuse to take any action whatsoever; even in a case where there was serious criminal misconduct. It should be clear that Democrats are not serious about eliminating racism and discrimination, and that they are only using race to gin up hatred for Trump and Republicans. What a shame.

Democrats Are Reaping What They Sowed - The Political Catastrophe In Virginia
Post 49
It seems like a decade ago that the scandals involving Virginia's top elected officials created a media firestorm. First there was the photo of a person dressed up in a KKK outfit and a person wearing blackface on Governor Ralph Northam's medical school yearbook page. Then you had Attorney General Mark Herring admitting that he had worn blackface in college. Then there's the rape allegations scandal involving Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax. Of the three gentlemen embroiled in scandal, the Fairfax scandal is clearly more serious than the scandals of Governor Northam and AG Herring. Don't get me wrong, wearing blackface poking fun at black people in a mean spirited way is not a good thing. But come on, let's be for real here. It appears that the incidents where Northam and Herring wore blackface were at least three decades ago when they were young and apparently dumb and stupid. Both men have since apologized. From what I can tell, all of their actions contemporaneously as elected officials have no evidence of racism or any discrimination towards blacks. As per usual, you have Democrat and Republican elected officials immediately calling for Northam and Herring to resign for clearly political reasons. However, a recent poll I saw showed that the majority of blacks in Virginia felt that Northam and Herring should not be forced to resign because of their scandals. To me this is a reasonable position because in situations like these, I nearly always fall back to my default position: Was it a long time ago and were there apologies by the parties guilty of the offending behavior? Did the offending behavior violate the law or someone's civil rights? Is there recent conduct to suggest any racism or discrimination, and are there contemporaneous allegations that the person guilty of stupid behavior such as this violated someone's civil rights based on their membership in a protected class? If the answer to each question is no, I don't think they should have to resign for inappropriate conduct from so long ago where no crime occurred and no one's civil rights were violated. I'm going to be blunt here. This is all about politics on the part of politicians, and the media's exploitation of race in order to boost their ratings. Can anyone honestly say they are offended by Northam and Herring racially insensitive conduct over three decades ago. Well, as a black person, I can't.
I find it shocking and hypocritical and downright silly that prominent Democrats like Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi and Senator Kamala Harris called for Governor Northam to resign over a photo from over three decades ago. Yet, they refuse to respond to complaint letters I sent them detailing racism and discrimination I suffered at the hands of San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo and other San Jose city officials, and the criminal cover-up by officials with the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals and the US District Court during the litigation of two lawsuits I filed against the City of San Jose. The conduct of San Jose city officials and the federal courts is far more egregious than the racially insensitive photo of Governor Northam from decades ago. The takeaway I get from Speaker Pelosi and Senator Harris' inaction to my letters is that today it is okay to violate a black person's rights in the same manner as the KKK and then commit crimes in order to cover it up; but it is a really bad thing if you wore a KKK costume or blackface to a party over three decades ago even though you committed no crime and violated no one's right. How ridiculous is that reasoning? Furthermore, there is a long history of members of the Democratic party being former members of the KKK. One of the most prominent is the late Senator Robert Byrd, the longest serving member of Congress in our nation's history. When Senator Byrd died, he was recognized by the NAACP for the long list of civil rights legislation and other causes he supported that benefited blacks/African Americans. Who is it to say Northam or Herring cannot be another Senator Byrd. Because Democrats have been quick to paint Republicans and President Trump as racists for any perceived slight towards blacks and other minorities, they are now stuck with having to call for Governor Northam and AG Herring to resign for their actions that clearly does not rise to the level of impeachable offenses.
As to the rape allegations against Lieutenant Governor Fairfax, these are very serious issues. The accusers should be heard and treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Their allegations should be taken seriously and thoroughly investigated. However, this does not mean that they deserve to be believed as some Democrats have demanded. The Lieutenant Governor is entitled to the due process requirement of innocent until proven guilty. Just as the accusers, Fairfax is also entitled to be heard and to have an impartial investigation into the allegations against him. Until an investigation that has turned up evidence to corroborate the rape allegations against him, I see no need for him to resign any more than I see the need for Northam and Herring to resign. If the allegations against Fairfax are found to be true, not only should he be removed from office, he should be punished to the fullest extent allowed by law. Democrats find themselves in a tough spot again based on their impulses calling for men to be removed from office or fired because of uncorroborated sexual misconduct allegations. Democrats would be wise to learn that due process and standing up for the rights of women to be free from sexual assault and harassment are not incompatible.
Democrats have set the standard very low for when men should be fired or removed from office based on sexual misconduct allegations; and when a person should be fired or removed from office based on racially insensitive conduct, even though it is decades old and the offender has apologized profusely. The dangerous and unethical game of identity politics that Democrats have been playing for years has now come back to bite them in the rear with the scandals involving Northam, Fairfax and Herring. The Democrats are reaping what they sowed.

Senator Kamala Harris' KKK Moment
Post 42
You may have heard about Senator Kamala Harris' comments on Wednesday 11-14-18 comparing ICE to the KKK in a Senate hearing meant to determine if acting ICE Director Ronald Vitiello will become the agency's official director. Senator Harris said that in some communities there is the perception that ICE is a "domestic terrorist group" that uses "fear and intimidation" to target immigrants coming from Mexico and Central America based on their racial or ethnic background. I am somewhat surprised and disappointed that Senator Harris would make such a comparison between ICE and the KKK, an organization based on white supremacy. The KKK was clearly a terrorist organization with no legitimate law enforcement function. However, many local law enforcement officials in the South were members of the KKK. I am sure Senator Harris is aware that the KKK, in its early years after the Civil War, used fear and intimidation to discourage newly freed blacks in the South from participating in the political process by committing lynchings and other acts of violence. In the 1950's,1960's and 1970's the KKK used the same fear and intimidation tactics to discourage black participation in the Civil Rights Movement. I doubt very seriously Senator Harris believes ICE is a domestic terrorist organization with no legitimate law enforcement function. So far, I am not aware of any ICE agents that are accused of being white supremacists or being members of the KKK. I don't believe Senator Harris presented any objective evidence that ICE officials are trying to stop immigrants from voting or engaging in the political process. ICE is a federal agency. The KKK was mostly associated with local and state government officials.
I find Senator Harris' reference to the KKK to be somewhat hypocritical being that she has remained silent about the high tech lynching I suffered at the hands of San Jose city officials and officials with the US District Court and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. I am black/African American. The flagrantly bigoted manner in which I was treated by San Jose city officials after I retired from the City's police force and how I was treated by the federal courts during litigation of two discrimination lawsuits I filed against the City is more similar to the operations of the KKK than ICE officials doing their constitutional mandated job of enforcing immigration laws. Senator Harris' reference to the KKK is nothing more than a shameful attempt to gain media attention in order to enhance her political ambitions. This entire blog has been devoted to the racist and criminal misconduct of San Jose city officials, the US District Court and 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. My message for Senator Harris is that the high tech lynching I suffered is not a perception, it is a reality. In addition to this blog, you can find more details about this matter on my group facebook page at:

Re:
Public Corruption Complaint
Dear
Senator Harris,
Enclosed are copies of letters and
documents I sent to the Judiciary Committee, the Department of Justice and FBI
making a complaint of public corruption against several San Jose city
officials, and officials with the US District Court for the Northern District
of California – San Jose Division and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
relative to two lawsuits I filed against the City of San Jose. It should be
noted that when you were Attorney General, I sent you a letter in May 2014
requesting an investigation into public corruption by many of the same
officials named in my current complaint. No investigation was completed.
I respectfully request that you seek
an investigation into my current public corruption complaint by the Department
of Justice, the FBI, and Congress because public corruption undermines our
institutions of government just as the meddling into our past presidential
election by the Russians. Congress and several agencies of the government have
gone to great lengths to ensure that future presidential elections are not
marginalized by the interference of nations hostile to our democracy. Yet,
there has been very little done to ensure Americans that they will have a level
playing field when settling disputes with the government in our federal courts.
It is undeniable that the US District Court and San Jose city officials
conspired to obstruct justice in my two lawsuits by falsifying court records,
by creating false documents, by staging a fake hearing on a Rule 60 motion I
filed, and by creating a fraudulent transcript for that hearing. It is also
undeniable that the courts failed to follow federal laws relating to issue
preclusion and a stipulation of dismissal that places strict limitations on
their discretion.
The misconduct of San Jose city officials
and the courts in my lawsuits represent one of the most egregious breaches of
the public trust imaginable, as well as, a case of brazen and persistent cheating.
These officials have made a conscious decision to place themselves above the
law. I respectfully remind you that you retweeted a tweet by Senator Blumenthal a few days ago
directed to the President stating that “no
one is above the law.” It is my hope that you take the same view concerning
my public corruption complaint.
Sincerely
yours,
Frederick

Words Now Speak Louder Than Actions - The Sad Reality About Race In America
Post 32
I think we all have heard the old cliche that "actions speak louder than words. Clearly that no longer is the case. In this crazy world we live in today words now speak louder than actions. I make this claim based on the numerous occasions that a dumb stupid comment by a prominent person has caused an uproar. The latest example of this is the comment by actress and comedian Roseanne Barr. Roseanne tweeted a comment a few days ago about former President Barack Obama's senior adviser Valerie Jarrett. The tweet that Roseanne says was a joke goes like this: "Muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby=vj." As expected, you got social media all up in arms claiming to be so offended by by Roseanne's tweet, which they have turned into this big "racist" incident. Even though Roseanne immediately apologized, ABC cancelled her top rated show and made an obligatory statement condemning her clearly inappropriate tweet. ABC had no choice but to cancel Roseanne's show because of political correctness and to avoid protests from the usual race hustlers. But I'm totally sick and tired of the phony outrage I see by so many celebrities, media types and politicians every time some public figure says something dumb about a black person. I understand that words can be hurtful, but this response to Roseanne's tweet is over the top, just as the response to President Trump's alleged s---hole comment, just as the response to former Los Angeles Clippers' owner Donald Sterling comment about black men, as well as, the numerous other racially insensitive comments by politicians and celebrities that have been exploited by the media.
This over the top response by the media, politicians and celebrities to Roseanne Barr's stupid tweet is all about politics. These folks don't care about racism and eliminating racial discrimination in this country. They are demonizing Roseanne because of her vocal support for President Trump. This is what happens to people that come out in support of the President. Look at what happened to Kanye West and other public figures that support President Trump. Don't get me wrong. Roseanne's tweet should have consequences. However, I feel confident that had Roseanne been a Trump hater, the consequences of her tweet would not be as severe. The proof is Bill Maher's claim that he is a " house N-word." Since Maher is a Trump hater, the response to his stupid comment was nothing near the response to Roseanne's tweet. Double standard aside, the point I'm trying to make here is that we as a nation seem to be moved more by words than actions. For the past several years, I have been trying to expose flagrantly bigoted and racist treatment I suffered at the hands of several San Jose city officials, including current mayor Sam Liccardo and the rest of the San Jose City Council. I am black/African American. The clear intent of these officials was to humiliate me and to make me feel powerless in the same way blacks were humiliated in the South during Jim Crow. Not only that, they violated several of my constitutional rights knowingly and are now engaged in a criminal conspiracy with the federal courts to cover up their bigoted and racist acts. The facts and evidence are presented in this blog and my group facebook page at:
Even though the racist and bigoted treatment I experienced at the hands of San Jose city officials and the federal courts is truly appalling and repulsive, there has been no outrage or a call for an investigation from the many politicians and media outlets I have contacted. We have all this phony outrage over a dumb tasteless joke by a mentally deranged actress/comedian , even though she committed no crime or violated anyone's constitutional rights. Yet there is complete silence in response to the clearly bigoted and racist acts of San Jose city officials and the courts that clearly violate my constitutional rights. This is like being outraged over hearing someone call a black man the N-word while not being outraged at seeing a black man being lynched by the KKK. The sad reality is that words now speak louder than actions when it comes to race in America.

The Violence In Charlottesville and Moral Equivalence - Trump Was Not Wrong
Post 20/23
Recently, there was an incident in Charlottesville Virginia that brought the issue of Confederate flags and monuments back into the national limelight. Several KKK, neo-Nazis and white supremacists were protesting against the planned removal of a statute of Robert E. Lee from a park in Charlottesville. There were several counter protesters supporting the removal of the statute. At some point, some of the protesters on both sides engaged in an ugly altercation. Unfortunately, a young woman was killed and several others were injured by a white supremacist that drove his car into a crowd of counter protesters shortly after the initial violence. That guy is a coward and a terrorist. There were many individuals and groups from all walks of life, politicians from both sides of the aisle, religious leaders, media types, CEO's, university types, entertainers, sports figures, you name it and they were all condemning President Trump for his response to the violence. I have never seen a more apoplectic group of individuals in quite some time. Here is some of the criticism they had for the President. He didn't denounce the white supremacists by name. He didn't respond quick enough. He gave support to the white supremacists because he said that there was violence from both sides. That one sounds real silly to me. Now here's the one that really leaves me baffled. He gave moral equivalence to the white supremacists and the counter protesters. This is Trump derangement syndrome and political correctness gone way too far.
Come on folks! This is utter nonsense. As a nation, it appears that we are intellectually dishonest. The individuals from both sides of this spectacle that showed up with weapons and were geared up to fight were on an equal footing. They came with hatred in their hearts and with the mutual desire to engage in violence. Trump was not wrong for criticizing the violence coming from "many sides." Because there is moral equivalence between the individuals from both sides that engaged in mutual combat based on hatred for each other. I of all people understand the dark history of race relations in this country. I am black/African American, and I grew up in the South during Jim Crow. I understand that people get very upset when they hear the hateful rhetoric coming from the likes of David Duke and other white supremacists. But that should not exempt the violent counter protesters from criticism because they too engaged in violennce just as the white supremacists. The fact that they were protesting the hateful rhetoric of the white supremacists does not make their violence acceptable. After all, we still claim that we believe in freedom of speech, no matter how distasteful and offensive. It is quite clear from the Bible that there is moral equivalence between the violence and hate that came from the white supremacists and the violence and hate that came from the counter protesters. It is all unacceptable in the eyes of God.You can not credibly dispute that.
The officials that deserve criticism here for their response to the violence in Charlottesville is Virginia governor Terry McAuliffe and Charlottesvile's mayor Michael Signer, not President Trump. It was their responsibility to maintain order during that spectacle, and they failed miserably. By only condemning the white supremacists for their part in the violence and basically condoning the violence of the counter protesters who were on an equal footing with the violent white supremacists was political grandstanding and cowardice. When protesters engage in violence, no matter what the reason, it threatens the security of our communities and President Trump was right to condemn all sides for their involvement in the violence in Charlottesville.
